In this role, you will work at the intersection of healthcare and technology, partnering with clinicians, operational leaders, and technical teams to optimize systems that directly support patient care in the operating room and procedural environments. As a key member of the Digital & Information Services team, you will be responsible for the design, build, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of Epic OpTime, Epic Anesthesia, and related procedural applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement technology solutions that enhance efficiency, reliability, and the overall user experience. This role also plays an important part in supporting system upgrades, new functionality, and strategic initiatives that advance Rush's mission of delivering exceptional patient care. This is a highly visible position supporting mission-critical applications used throughout Surgical and Procedural Services.
