## Description

* Konzeption und Gestaltung nutzerzentrierter App-Erlebnisse für die fluege.de Native Apps (iOS & Android) - von der Idee über User Journeys und Wireframes bis zum finalen UI
 * Eigenständige Planung und Durchführung von qualitativen (Usability-Tests) und quantitativen (A/B-Tests, UX-KPIs) Forschungs- und Testmethoden sowie Ableitung konkreter Designmaßnahmen
 * Weiterentwicklung und Pflege des Design Systems mit Fokus auf native App-Komponenten (Variablen, Properties, Modes, plattformspezifische UI-Bausteine)
 * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Design-Handoffs: plattformgerechte Spezifikation, Annotation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit iOS- und Android-Entwicklung
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung datengetriebener Designentscheidungen auf Basis von App-Analytics, Nutzerverhalten und Business-KPIs
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Development und Marketing zur Abstimmung von Anforderungen, Prioritäten und Nutzerbedürfnissen
