* Minimum 5 years of relevant infrastructure support experience.
 * Proven background working within enterprise-scale infrastructure environments.
 * Experience supporting business-critical production services with high availability requirements.
 * Strong experience with Linux and Windows server environments.
 * Hands-on knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies.
 * Understanding of enterprise storage concepts and technologies.

## Description

* Manage and support day-to-day infrastructure operations.

 * Perform lifecycle management activities, including patching and upgrades.
 * Support service continuity, availability, and resilience initiatives.
 * Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across multiple platforms.
