Pay and Benefits ## Description Position Overview: This position is a junior member of the Carlson IT Cloud team. This position will be responsible for daily monitoring of system platforms, and servers, including monitoring incidents and service requests that are submitted. They will contribute to provisioning, testing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting services and platforms within our cloud environment (ie. AWS and Azure), and provide server troubleshooting and operational support across the school in support of teaching, learning, administrative and research workloads. They will also partner with our cloud Architect and Sr. Engineer to ensure consistent tooling and processes for our environment are followed., 60% Cloud and AI Services Delivery * Provide production support for the robust server infrastructure that supports the Minnesota Carlson Cloud and AI service catalog; including support for academic and administrative cloud workloads.
