Requirements * At least 3 years of practical Salesforce experience spanning both platform administration and technical solution delivery. * Salesforce Administrator certification is required. * Platform App Builder certification is required or currently in progress. * Demonstrated expertise building production-ready automations with Salesforce Flow, including complex multi-step business processes. * Working knowledge of Apex, including the ability to read, write, and maintain basic triggers, classes, and asynchronous processing. * Familiarity with Lightning Web Components and the ability to support minor UI enhancements in collaboration with development teams. * Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical designs while balancing maintainability, performance, and user needs. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate as a trusted internal consultant within a services or legal environment. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® ## Description Description We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to support legal teams in River Edge, New Jersey by shaping reliable, secure, and scalable platform solutions. This position blends hands-on administration, thoughtful technical design, and close partnership with internal stakeholders to improve workflows across multiple departments. The ideal candidate can translate operational needs into practical Salesforce capabilities while helping guide long-term platform direction within a governed engineering environment.
