 * Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie Störungen im 1st und 2nd Level-Support
 * Verantwortung für IT-Administration, Berechtigungsmanagement, Implementierung neuer IT-Komponenten, Netzwerk, Internet und Netzwerksicherheit
 * Realisierung von Projekten zur Neueinführung, Weiterentwicklung und Ablösung von IT-Systemen
 * Steuerung von Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
 * Mitgestaltung der IT-Serviceprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IT-Team an den Standorten in Baden-Württemberg sowie Thüringen
