## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
 * 3+ years of experience in applications engineering, product engineering, or technical sales support
 * Strong understanding of industrial equipment, automation systems, or electromechanical products
 * Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system requirements
 * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work directly with customers
 * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

## Description

* Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and channel partners regarding product selection, application design, and system integration
 * Review customer specifications and develop engineered solutions aligned with application requirements
 * Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product configurations
 * Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and meet delivery timelines
 * Serve as a subject matter expert on product capabilities, performance, and installation requirements
 * Support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting efforts both internally and at customer sites
 * Assist with commissioning and startup activities to ensure proper system operation
 * Develop and deliver technical documentation, including submittals, manuals, and application notes
 * Provide training and technical guidance to customers, sales teams, and field service personnel
 * Identify opportunities for product improvements and new applications based on customer feedback and market needs
