## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related technical discipline and minimum of 4 years of technical work experience OR advanced degree with 2 years of work technical experience.

 * Demonstrated proficiency using CAD, Creo

## Description

* Design and Develop requirements, plan, design, develop, and verify mechanical and electromechanical catheters in the cardiac space, ensuring these products achieve high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
 * Innovation and Improvement: Recommend and implement options or approaches to enhance safety, performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of systems, processes, and facilities.
 * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and systems engineers, to deliver integrated solutions.
 * Problem Solving: Analyze complex engineering problems, provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions to improve processes and products.
 * Prototyping and Testing: Oversee the creation of prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate and refine designs. This role will also be responsible for design characterization.
 * Documentation and Compliance: Prepare detailed engineering documentation and ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and department best practices.
