 * Ansprechpartner für Nutzer in Bezug auf Standardprogramme und Anwendungen
 * First-Level-Support, Priorisierung und Verteilung eingehender Meldungen
 * Beschaffung, Installation, Aufbau und Wartung von Hardware und Software
 * Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Systeme und Aktualisierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur
 * Koordination und Unterstützung externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen in Bezug auf IT-Prozesse und -Anwendungen
