 * Mitarbeit in Einführungs- und Transformationsprojekten (Konzeption, Implementierung, Rollout)
 * Analyse fachlicher Anforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungsdesigns
 * Konfiguration und Anpassung von SAP SuccessFactors Modulen (z. B. Employee Central und/oder Recruiting)
 * Unterstützung im laufenden Applikationsbetrieb sowie in Change- und Supportprozessen
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Unterstützung von Key Usern im Umgang mit den Systemen
