Soft Skills * Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced global environment. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. ## Description We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Lead to oversee the administration, performance, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise SAP environments.
