## About the Role

Do you have experience in Workers' compensation law?, * Experience working within Workers' Compensation systems and similar insurance domain

 * Strong Agile background, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and close collaboration with engineering teams
 * Proven ability to lead projects and independently drive requirements gathering from business stakeholders
 * Ability to think holistically, connect systems and processes, and manage work through the full lifecycle
 * Strong analytical mindset with excellent documentation skills
 * Confidence to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and clarify ambiguous requirements
 * High ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate without constant direction

This role is intended for someone who can function as both a strategic partner to the business and a hands-on lead BSA driving delivery.
