## Description

* First-Contact-Support: Telefonische Annahme von IT-Störungsmeldungen und Serviceanfragen (Hotline & Ticketsystem).
 * Ticketmanagement: Erfassung, Kategorisierung und Priorisierung eingehender Anfragen in unserem Ticketsystem.
 * Troubleshooting: Unterstützung bei der Lösung von Standard-Hard- und Softwareproblemen per Remote-Zugriff.
 * Support-Unterstützung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd-Level-Support.
 * Kommunikation: Professionelle Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Anwendern im klinischen Umfeld und dem IT-Serviceteam.
