## Description

Sie betreiben nicht nur Systeme, sondern übernehmen Verantwortung Sie arbeiten aktiv an Verbesserungen und entwickeln die Infrastruktur stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig weiter.

 * Betrieb, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Server- und Systemlandschaft (Windows/Linux)
 * Administration zentraler Basisdienste (z. B. AD/LDAP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Fileservices, Zertifikate)
 * 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support: Analyse, Bearbeitung und nachhaltige Lösung von Incidents und Eskalationen inkl. Dokumentation
 * Monitoring, Incident Handling und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung (Root Cause Analysis statt Workarounds)
 * Patch- und Update-Management inklusive Wartungsplanung
 * Umsetzung von Backup- und Restore-Konzepten sowie regelmäßige Recovery-Tests
 * Automatisierung und Standardisierung (z. B. PowerShell, Bash, Ansible oder ähnliche Tools)
 * Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Alltag (Hardening, Logging, Schwachstellenmanagement)
 * Mitarbeit an Modernisierungsprojekten, z. B. Cloud-Integration oder neue Tools (je nach Schwerpunkt)
