Success in this environment requires strong engineering fundamentals, exceptional communication skills, a product-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively collaborate with AI tools to rapidly solve business problems. If you are passionate about modern software development, actively use AI in your daily workflow, and have experience building products both inside and outside of work, we'd love to hear from you. The team operates in Agile Scrum pods and is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering highly scalable identity solutions used across the enterprise. In addition to engineering excellence, this team is actively driving AI adoption across the organization.
