* Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung
 * Mindestens 1. Jahr Berufserfahrung im Support (pref. Erfahrung im Onsite Support)
 * Versierter Umgang mit Active Directory, MS-Office365 und Windows Client, Server- und Betriebssysteme
 * Geschulter Umgang mit remote Tools und Ticketsystemen (idealerweise Kenntnisse in ITIl Serviceprozessen)

 * Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kenntnisse (C1) in Deutsch und Englisch
 * Führerschein der Klasse B bzw. 3

## Description

* Konfiguration und Installation von IT-Hardware, IT-Software und Peripheriegeräte wie Notebooks, Drucker usw.
 * Durchführung des vor Ort Anwendersupports im 2nd Level auf Deutsch und Englisch
 * Bearbeitung, Lösung, Weiterleitung und Dokumentation von Tickets
 * Durchführung von IT-Rollouts und IT-Umzügen inklusive Funktions- und Verbindungstests
