* Supportaufgaben im Onsite Support an der Kundenlokation im Bereich Windows Client, Android und Netzwerk & Telekommunikation
 * Durchführen von IT Supportarbeiten anhand der übermittelten Tickets
 * Support von Endanwendern in der TechBar
 * Bearbeiten von Tickets mit hohem SLA
