 * Remote Unterstützung für weitere Kundenstandorte in Deutschland
 * H&E-Netzwerk- und Serversupport, VoIP
 * fachliches Eskalationsmanagement, hierbei unterstützt durch den Bechtle SDM, TL und Sitemanager
 * Unterstützung weiterer Bechtle-Standorte (Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretungen)
