 * Bearbeitung, Analyse von IT-Störungen und Anfragen Remote und vor Ort
 * Einweisung der Anwender bzgl. der Nutzung der Soft- und Hardware
 * Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation der Störungen über ein Ticketsystem
 * Ticketsystem, Tickethandling, Ticketdokumentieren und Pflegen unter Beachtung der SLA´s
 * Aufsetzen und Personalisieren von Clients, Manuelle Installation von Software
 * Detaillierte Dokumentation der Arbeitsvorgänge
 * Onsite und Remote Supportleistungen für Windows Endgeräte
