 * VIP Support in englischer Sprache
 * Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche und Fehlerbeseitigung remote und vor Ort
 * Ticketverteilung und Beachtung der ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung sowie dem Einhalten der SLA Zeiten
 * Konfiguration und Installation von PCs, Workstations und Peripheriegeräten
 * Installation und Verteilung von Software
