Preferred * Experience with SAP Field Service Management (FSM), Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or SAP CX solutions. * Industry experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, Automotive, or High-Tech sectors. * Ability to work with SAP BTP integration suite and design integration with 3rd party systems. * SAP S/4HANA Service, CRM, FSM, or SAP Activate certifications preferred. * German Language C1 certification ## Description We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Service / SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to support a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Service Management processes while working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and cross-functional SAP teams. The role involves designing future-state service processes, enabling seamless integration across Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, and integration with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain functions, and ensuring adoption of SAP best practices.
