* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

## Description

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung eines definierten Kundenkreises inkl. Klärung kaufmännischer und einfacher technischer Fragestellungen
 * Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Service- und Reparaturprozessen im ERP-System
 * Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Aufträgen, Angeboten, Kostenvoranschlägen sowie Fakturen
 * Koordination von RMA-Vorgängen vom Wareneingang bis zum Versand
 * Abstimmung mit internationalen Servicepartnern und internen Fachbereichen
 * Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Gutschriften sowie Klärung von Mahnungen
 * Unterstützung bei der Materialbeschaffung sowie Abwicklung von Unterlieferantenprozessen
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Export- und auftragsbezogenen Vorgaben
