* Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Mailserver und Archivierungssysteme (Planung bis Inbetriebnahme)

Monitoring, Wartung und Pflege der Mailinfrastruktur für Kund:innen und interne Infrastruktur
Beratung und Unterstützung der Kund:innen bei der Planung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Mail-Infrastrukturen
Durchführung von Produktschulungen
Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei auftretenden Problemen
Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von technischen Dokumentationen
