Installation, Konfiguration und Überwachung von Windows-basierten Systemen und Anwendungen
Sicherstellung der Systemstabilität sowie Durchführung von Systemupdates, Backups und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
Fehleranalyse und -behebung im Rahmen des 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supports
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten und Netzwerklösungen
