* Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder IT Administration
 * Erfahrung in Umgang mit Windows Clientadministration ist vorteilhaft
 * Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sind vorteilhaft
 * Gute persönliche Arbeitsorganisation und Zeitmanagement, professionelle
 * Kommunikation in Kundensituationen und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (ab C1) zwingend erforderlich und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache (nice-to-have)
 * Führerschein Klasse B ist unabdingbar, da diverse Standorte im Rahmen des Fieldservices bedient werden müssen

## Description

* Du installierst und konfigurierst Computer, sowie die dazugehörige Hardware (Bildschirme, Drucker, Netzwerke)
 * Du unterstützt bei der Problemanalyse und bearbeitest Kundenanfragen im Rahmen des Fieldservices vor Ort und remote
 * Du unterstützt uns bei der IT-Administration unserer Kunden und priorisierst die Anfragen
