## Description

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten vor Ort und remote.
 * Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Betreuung von IT-Systemen und Netzwerken.
 * Fehleranalyse, Störungsbeseitigung und Support für Anwender im 1st und 2nd Level.
 * Durchführung von Hardware- und Software-Upgrades sowie regelmäßige Systemchecks.
 * Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten in Ticketsystemen.
 * Schulung und Einweisung der Anwender in die IT-Systeme und -Geräte.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs.
