The Lead Security Application Engineer also internally known as our Lead Security Systems Engineer, plays a pivotal role in the design, development, deployment, and optimization of secure Video Management Software (VMS) and Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) solutions for government clients. This individual leads a team of Video Management System Engineers and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless functionality and performance of enterprise-level video security platforms, including our Surveill VMS. This position requires strong technical leadership, hands-on experience with enterprise VMS/PSIM technologies, and a proactive, mission-driven mindset to help shape the future of secure video systems for high-impact environments.
