## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related automation/mechatronics discipline

 * Hands-on experience designing, building, and commissioning industrial automation systems
 * Deep understanding of industrial automation hardware and software, including:
 * PLCs
 * Motion control systems
 * Robotics
 * HMIs
 * Distributed I/O
 * Industrial networking and fieldbus systems
 * Experience with IEC 61131-3 programming languages
 * Proficiency with C#, C++, and/or Python
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Excellent communication and presentation abilities
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, * Experience with EtherCAT or similar industrial communication protocols
 * Linux or FreeBSD experience
 * Object-oriented programming experience within automation platforms

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to support customers with advanced industrial automation solutions across a variety of industries. This role combines technical engineering expertise with customer engagement, solution development, and hands-on support for automation applications involving controls, motion, robotics, and machine systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in industrial automation hardware and software and enjoy working directly with customers to solve complex engineering challenges., Customer Engagement & Technical Support

 * Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customer-focused automation solutions
 * Lead technical discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and product demonstrations
 * Support customers through prototype, development, and implementation phases
 * Troubleshoot and drive technical issues toward resolution
 * Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers

Solution Development

 * Assist with system architecture, application design, and bill of materials development
 * Recommend optimal automation technologies for customer applications
 * Support integration and commissioning efforts for automation systems

Documentation & Project Support

 * Maintain accurate project documentation and technical records
 * Support multiple customer projects in a fast-paced environment
 * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
