## About the Role

* You hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience\n
 * You have solid experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL\n
 * You have hands-on experience with Salesforce administration, including customization, configuration, and permission management\n
 * You possess a strong understanding of Salesforce architectures, as well as common design patterns and best practices\n
 * You have a strong quality mindset and experience with code reviews, testing (e.g., unit and integration testing), and technical quality assurance activities\n
 * You are familiar with modern software development processes and the tools that support them (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc.)\n
 * You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and enjoy analyzing and solving technical challenges in a sustainable way\n
 * Ideally, you have a good command of German; however, fluent business-level English skills are required\n
