## About the Role

Do you have experience in Team management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred.

 * A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in healthcare IT is standard, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
 * Preferred to have demonstrated experience and proficiency with EMR (Epic preferred), ERP, Imaging, CRM, Automation and AI solutions.
 * Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates.
 * Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with a team environment. Thorough knowledge of operational processes and process improvement beneficial.

## Description

The Director - System Applications is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling Aspirus' Information Technology enterprise application functions and the activities of personnel engaged in the provision of such services.
