* Verantwortung für die fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams
 * Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten, einschließlich Rollout, Migration und Integration neuer Lösungen
 * Weiterentwicklung des Service Managements auf Basis von ITIL
 * Fachliche Verantwortung für den Servicedesk
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Konzepten im Bereich Client Management
