 * Security-Architekturen & Cloud: Zuhause im Design von Cloud Security Governance (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), der Bewertung komplexer IT-Sicherheitsarchitekturen (Zero Trust, SASE) und im Identity & Access Management (IAM).
 * Zertifizierungen: Eine CISSP-Zertifizierung ist ideal; weitere branchenanerkannte Nachweise (wie CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, CCSK) sind ein starkes Plus.
 * Methodik & Soft Skills: Starke konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, überzeugende Präsentations- und Moderationsstärke sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und ein offenes, internationales Mindset.

 * Security-Architekturen & Cloud: Entwicklung und fortlaufende Optimierung von Sicherheitsarchitekturen für IT- und Cloud-Landschaften (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, SAP) unter Anwendung von Zero-Trust- und Defense-in-Depth-Prinzipien.
 * Audits & Strategie: Durchführung tiefgehender Cybersecurity Checks und GAP-Analysen sowie die Ableitung und Erstellung strategischer IT-Security-Roadmaps für die Kunden.
 * Business Development: Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln durch die proaktive Identifikation neuer Kundenbedürfnisse und die aktive Unterstützung bei der Auftragsgewinnung.
 * Verantwortung & Repräsentation: Frühzeitige Übernahme und aktive Gestaltung eigener Fachthemen sowie die Repräsentation des Unternehmens nach außen (z. B. auf Konferenzen, durch Publikationen und Social Media Selling).
