Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Troubleshooting für Hardware- und Softwareprobleme vor Ort bei Kunden Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Systemen, einschließlich Desktops, Laptops, Druckern und Netzwerkgeräten Behebung von Störungen und Durchführung von Reparaturen bei Hardwareausfällen Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Softwareanwendungen Schulung von Benutzern in der richtigen Nutzung von IT-Ressourcen Dokumentation von Support-Tickets und Aktualisierung des Ticketsystems Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Helpdesk-Team zur Lösung komplexer technischer Probleme
