Assists Lead Billing Specialist in the research, investigation, follow up and resolution of issues related to rejected invoices submitted through various billing portals. Commitment to ongoing learning, implementation, and development of Values Based Leadership Skill sets. Assists Lead Billing Specialist in the training and development of newer portal team employees.
