These roles are ideal for hands-on IT professionals who enjoy working in both office and field environments, supporting mission-critical technology that first responders rely on every day. This position blends desktop support, infrastructure maintenance, field service, and mobile technology support. Successful candidates will be comfortable troubleshooting hardware, installing network cabling, supporting patrol vehicle technology, and ensuring reliable operation of systems that directly impact public safety.
