 * Experience troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
 * Proficiency with Microsoft M365 software (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills
 * Professional presence and ability to work well in a team
 * Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures
 * Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge (IP, DNS, MFA, phishing)
 * Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
 * Minimum of 0 years of related experience Nice to have:
 * CompTIA A+ Certification
 * Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
 * Experience with ConnectWise Remote Support Software and CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
 * Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs

## Description

* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users
 * Provide basic networking support including IP and DNS configurations
 * Assist with cybersecurity measures such as MFA and phishing protection
 * Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow to track and resolve issues
 * Troubleshoot Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints
 * Resolve issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
 * Support Microsoft M365 productivity tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams
