Minimum Qualifications: Grade 14 To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the GS-13 level, or equivalent: * Advanced proficiency in developing complex WebFOCUS reports and portals using WebFOCUS Designer and App Studio. * Experience leading technical efforts to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable WebFOCUS solutions. * Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience integrating WebFOCUS with multiple data sources (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle, DB2) and implementing ETL processes and data warehousing solutions. * Experience with WebFOCUS Administration, including user management, security, and performance monitoring. * Experience in process improvement, quality assurance, and technical documentation.
