## Description

* Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des SAP SD/CS Teams inkl. Ausbau des Teams und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
 * Steuerung und Koordination der technischen Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen im Bereich SAP S/4HANA Sales und Service auf nationaler und globaler Ebene
 * Verantwortung für die Systemstabilität und Systemperformance im Hinblick auf die Applikationen im SAP SD und SAP CS Kontext
 * Sicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozess- und Systemqualität durch Harmonisierung und gezielte Maßnahmen im Customizing
 * Enger Austausch mit relevanten Fachbereichen sowie erster Ansprechpartner für das Management und Topmanagement
 * Planung von System- und Integrationstests sowie Unterstützung im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support von SAP S/4HANA Sales und Service
