As a strategic partner to technology leadership, this Senior Lead works across the organization to align business priorities, technology roadmaps, resource capacity, and delivery expectations. Key responsibilities include facilitating cross-functional governance activities and forums, overseeing end-to-end delivery lifecycle processes, and ensuring adherence to enterprise risk management, compliance, and control requirements. This role drives transparency and accountability through effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement, while championing a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and shared ownership. Additionally, this position leads initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing risk, and enhancing service reliability across the technology organization. This Senior Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating high-impact, cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring effective execution, removing barriers, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
