 * Support product design from discovery to delivery
 * Create interactions for desktop, mobile web, and native mobile
 * Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
 * Independently drive design exploration and decision-making
 * Maintain high design standards aligned with the Charles Schwab design system
 * Build strong partnerships with peers and cross-functional partners
