This position is fully onsite at the Stuart, FL corporate office. The role involves reviewing, interpreting, and entering contract information; creating and updating customer accounts; validating data for accuracy; and ensuring consistency across multiple platforms. The CDM Specialist will manage a high daily workload, supporting over 100 locations and partnering closely with the CDM team, QA reviewers, and the CDM Manager. Responsibilities + Create, modify, and maintain customer accounts. + Process contract information and customer setup changes. + Review documents such as contracts, pricing sheets, and equipment transmittals. + Manage case queues and complete daily data integrity updates. + Work on reports to ensure accuracy and correct system errors. + Collaborate with QA reviewers and team members to achieve accuracy targets., This is an onsite role at the Stuart, FL corporate office, within an air-conditioned environment. The training schedule is 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and the post-training schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The environment is high-volume and metrics-driven, with a team consisting of 4 data entry specialists, 1 reviewer/assigner, and 2 QA specialists.
