Technical Skills * Expertise in automation tools and frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, Tricentis Tosca, and Postman. * Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Tosca CI. * Experience with JIRA, SAP Cloud ALM, API testing, system integrations, test data management, and QA reporting/metrics. Domain Knowledge * Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management processes including scheduling and forecasting. * Retail industry and Logile WFM experience preferred. * Familiarity with enterprise integrations and compliance standards. Soft Skills * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead cross-functional QA initiatives in a fast-paced environment with a continuous improvement mindset. ## Description We are seeking an experienced System Engineer (QE) to lead quality assurance and test automation initiatives across HCM and Workforce Management (Logile) platforms. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality releases, seamless integrations, and scalable automation within an Agile/DevOps environment.
