You'll work on everything from intelligent bug reporting pipelines to software that captures customer feedback at scale to systems that give our business real-time visibility into our strongest Voice of the Customer signals. This is an internal-facing role with direct impact on product quality. You'll be building the systems that close the loop between what customers experience and what gets built - helping us catch problems before our users do, and ensuring the right signal reaches the right people, fast.
