Verbal, writing, presentation, and leadership skills are essential. Candidate will be self-motivated, work independently, and work productively within a team environment. * Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by August 202 7 * Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or related degree * Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time , as determined by the Company. * Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher * Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular) * Experience with Microsoft Office Products * Excellent communication skills * Have experience with military aircraft maintenance or logistics experience. * Have an understanding of the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) process and logistics modeling. * Have experience using CPLM and SAP ## Description This position is an integral member of a sustainment logistics team responsible for the management of complex spare parts and support assets that enable fleet readiness for advanced aerospace systems. The ideal candidate will be a team player and a strong independent contributor, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading logistics activities that directly impact asset availability and customer satisfaction.
