Duties include developing and executing integrated release plans across multiple Agile teams; coordinating release readiness across planning, integration, testing, deployment, and production support; managing schedules, dependencies, and risks; and facilitating release planning and Go/No-Go decision reviews. As Scrum Master, the candidate will facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement, coach teams on Agile principles, remove impediments, and partner with Product Managers to maintain healthy backlogs.
