## About the Role

* 4-7 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure
 * Hands-on experience with Databricks - including Unity Catalog, workspace administration, cluster policies, service principals, and permission models
 * Solid AWS experience - IAM, S3, EC2, VPC - with experience integrating cloud services with data platforms
 * Working experience with Terraform and scripting in Python and/or Bash
 * Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins; familiarity with Databricks asset bundle deployment workflows
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work effectively within a directed, team-based environment

What Would Be Great

 * Experience with the Databricks SDK (Python) and Databricks REST APIs
 * Familiarity with FinOps or cost management practices for cloud data platforms
 * Background supporting MLOps patterns or data science/ML workloads on Databricks
 * Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Grafana, or Datadog
 * Knowledge of Unity Catalog best practices or enterprise data governance frameworks
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
