## Description

Als Shift Agency AI Developer (m/w/d) arbeitest Du an den drei zentralen Handlungsfeldern moderner generativer KI-Systeme:

Agentische Systeme: Du entwickelst autonome AI-Agenten, die selbstständig Aufgaben planen, Tools nutzen und mehrstufige Workflows ausführen. Dabei implementierst Du Reasoning-Chains, Tool-Calling und Multi-Agent-Orchestrierung.

Model Context Protocol (MCP): Du integrierst externe Datenquellen und Services über standardisierte Schnittstellen, ermöglichst kontextbewusste Interaktionen zwischen LLMs und Anwendungssystemen und implementierst sichere Kommunikationsprotokolle.

RAG-Architekturen: Du baust Retrieval-Augmented Generation Pipelines auf, optimierst Embedding-Strategien und Vektor-Datenbanken für effiziente Wissensabfragen und verbesserst kontinuierlich Retrieval-Qualität und Relevanz.

Als technische Basis bringst Du solide Python-Skills mit, beherrschst moderne LLM-APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) und Orchestrierungs-Frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.). Mittels Monitoring- und Evaluations-Tools sorgst Du für Qualität und Stabilität unserer KI-Lösungen. Interessiert? Dann lies weiter.

 * Entwicklung und Implementierung von KI-Anwendungen mit Schwerpunkt auf agentischer Programmierung und Model Context Protocol (MCP)
 * Aufbau und Optimierung von Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG) Workflows (Dokumentenaufnahme, Embedding, Indexierung, semantische Suche)
 * Nutzung und Integration von LangChain sowie anderer marktführender Frameworks zur Orchestrierung von LLM-Workflows
 * Arbeit mit Vektor-Datenbanken zur effizienten Wissensabfrage
 * Entwicklung und Betreuung von Multi-Agent-Systemen und agentischen Architekturen
 * Monitoring und Evaluation LLM-gestützter Systeme
