* 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Digital Transformation.
 * Strong experience with Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
 * Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, and Jupyter Notebooks.
 * Experience with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and/or Azure Machine Learning Studio & Azure Databricks.
 * Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Tableau, and Power BI.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
 * Experience leading AI innovation or enterprise AI adoption initiatives preferred.

This role will focus on assessing organizational readiness, identifying high-value AI opportunities, driving change management, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver AI-powered solutions that improve business processes and decision-making., * Lead AI innovation and adoption initiatives across the organization.

 * Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver business value.
 * Develop AI roadmaps, success metrics, and best practices.
 * Partner with business and technical stakeholders to design and implement AI solutions.
 * Drive organizational change management and AI awareness programs.
 * Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
