You will own end-to-end feature development - from Python backends and API services to the React-based interfaces that clients and end-users interact with. You will work in fast-paced, client-facing engagements where what you build is seen and used by real users in regulated environments. What You'll Do * Build and maintain full-stack applications: Python/FastAPI backends and React (or equivalent) frontends deployed on cloud infrastructure. * Develop clean, testable, well-structured APIs that integrate with AI agents, data platforms, and enterprise systems. * Design and implement user-facing interfaces for AI-powered applications - including chat interfaces, dashboards, and document-processing tools. * Collaborate with AI Engineers and Data Engineers to surface AI outputs in usable, trusted product experiences. * Own the full software development lifecycle for features: design, build, test, deploy, and support. * Integrate with enterprise authentication (OAuth2, SSO), security controls, and data access patterns appropriate to regulated environments. * Instrument applications with logging, monitoring, and alerting for production reliability. * Participate in client-facing discussions, demos, and design reviews.
