## About the Role

* Experience with healthcare MDM (Provider and Patient master data) and governance.
 * Strong EMPI background, including identity matching, duplicate resolution, and data remediation.
 * Solid understanding of healthcare data domains (Patient, Provider, Payer, and Location).
 * Experience integrating healthcare data across EHR, CRM, and MDM platforms.
 * Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

## Description

* Drive projects end-to-end (Roadmaps, Backlog, Prioritization, Use Cases, and User Acceptance).
 * Lead and mentor a team of MDM professionals and Business Analysts, overseeing their work and performance.
 * Partner with Architecture and Delivery to ensure effective data product delivery.
 * Identify process improvements and manage internal and external communications regarding priorities and outcomes.
 * Understand service line inter-relationships to determine appropriate product solutions.
 * Manage workload, resource allocation, and project risks.
 * Incorporate feedback into roadmaps and collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies.
 * Maintain knowledge of healthcare industry trends to help shape the direction of Data Products.
